DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK

Place your order before 5pm Monday - Friday and we will ship your goods to you using our next day delivery service. Orders placed after 5pm Friday will be processed on Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday. Any orders placed Friday before 5pm will have the option to choose Saturday/Sunday delivery (please see below)

DELIVERIES BY DPD

We offer a UK next day delivery service and a European next day or 2 day service on all our products. We have a very close relationship with our couriers and we track every single consignment.

We can specify a unique one hour delivery window (via email or text) so installers won't have to wait around for a shipment to arrive.

PREDICT - ONE HOUR DELIVERY TIME SLOT

DPD Local is the most innovative parcel carrier around.

Thanks to their industry-leading Predict service, they provide parcel recipients with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email, so they don't have to wait in all day.

Personal Delivery Preferences

If you’re not going to be in, you can use the DPD app to make sure you can still receive your parcels. Tell us to deliver straight to your chosen DPD Pickup location or, to your chosen neighbour or safe place. You select your preferences and we’ll make sure we follow your instructions every time!

30 Minute Delivery Alerts

We don’t want you to wait in all day so with all your DPD deliveries, we’ll let you know in advance when to expect delivery and when we are just 30 minutes away.

Secure payments

We can accept payment by Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard & Maestro cards, by bank transfer in advance, or by 30 day credit account.

All our online payments are secured by Sage Pay. Sage Pay has the highest level of card data security (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant) so our customers can shop with peace of mind and are protected against fraud. For full bank details, please contact us.

RECEIPT OF DAMAGED GOODS

All shipments made by 3rd party carriers must be inspected on receipt.

Any damaged parcels must be signed for as damaged or refused, if this is the case. If products have allegedly been damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours and in writing within 3 days. Any cartons damaged in transit should be mentioned whilst signing for the goods, as this may affect the warranty claim. You should return the products to us in their original packaging including all instructions & accessories.

If you do not inform us of the damage within three days of receipt, COP may not be held responsible for the replacement or credit of these items. Please note that you must contact customer services first to obtain a return number.
